
Triple-channel digital isolator with 2.5kV isolation voltage, supporting unidirectional data transfer up to 90Mbps. Features include a 100ns propagation delay, 40ns pulse width distortion, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. This general-purpose interface IC operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, with a max input current of 10µA and output current of 30mA. Packaged in a SOIC form factor with tin, matte contact plating, it offers enhanced system-level ESD reliability.
