12-Bit serial input multiplying CMOS digital-to-analog converter featuring a 3-wire SPI interface. Achieves a 366 kS/s conversion rate with 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and 2 LSB full-scale error. This general-purpose DAC offers a single channel with a 12-bit resolution and a 250 ns settling time. Designed for through-hole mounting in a PDIP package with tin matte contact plating.
