The Analog Devices JM38510/11401BPA is a BIFET operational amplifier with a voltage gain of 80dB and a slew rate of 2V/µs. It is available in a hermetically sealed HDIP-8 package and is suitable for use in applications where high common mode rejection ratio and low input bias current are required. The op amp operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and can dissipate up to 417mW of power. However, it is not RoHS compliant.
