Single-channel, low-noise operational amplifier IC for surface mount applications. Features a 70MHz gain bandwidth product and 15V/µs slew rate. Offers excellent signal integrity with a 104dB common mode rejection ratio and 104dB power supply rejection ratio. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±4V to ±22V, or single supply from 13.5V to 22V. Input offset voltage is 200µV with an input bias current of 380nA. Packaged in a lead-free SOIC case.
