Triple current feedback operational amplifier featuring a 130MHz gain bandwidth product and 130MHz -3dB bandwidth. This surface mount IC offers a high slew rate of 1600V/µs and 60mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 2V and 15V, or single supplies from 4V to 30V, it provides 52dB CMRR and 60dB PSRR. The amplifier is RoHS compliant and packaged in a 16-pin SOIC.
