High-performance current feedback operational amplifier IC featuring a 130MHz -3dB bandwidth and 1600V/µs slew rate. This surface mount SOIC package houses three independent amplifier circuits, each capable of 60mA output current. Operating across a wide dual supply range of ±2V to ±15V (or single supply 4V to 30V), it offers excellent signal integrity with a 52dB CMRR and 60dB PSRR. The device operates from -40°C to 85°C and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
