
High-speed video operational amplifier featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 800V/µs slew rate. This single-channel, single-function bipolar IC offers 80mA output current per channel and a voltage gain of 65dB. Operating from dual supplies between 2V and 6V, or single supplies from 3V to 12.6V, it provides a 400MHz gain bandwidth product. The SOIC package houses a single circuit with a 42dB CMRR and 56dB PSRR, suitable for applications within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range.
