
High-speed current feedback operational amplifier featuring a 300MHz -3dB bandwidth and 800V/µs slew rate. This dual-channel amplifier offers 80mA output current per channel and a 300MHz nominal gain bandwidth product. Operating from dual supplies between 2V and 6V, or single supplies from 3V to 12.6V, it provides 65dB voltage gain. The SOIC package houses two independent circuits, with specifications including 42dB CMRR and 56dB PSRR. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
