This bipolar technology amplifier offers a 300MHz -3dB bandwidth and 300MHz nominal gain bandwidth product. Operating from 3V to 15.5V single supply or ±2V to ±7.5V dual supply, it provides 42dB CMRR and 56dB PSRR. Packaged in SOIC, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
