High-performance operational amplifier featuring a 11MHz gain bandwidth product and a 2.25V/µs slew rate. This single-channel buffer amplifier offers a 1.5mV input offset voltage and 150nA input bias current. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.1V to 12.6V, it delivers 50mA output current per channel. With excellent 64dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio, this lead-free, RoHS compliant component is housed in a compact SOT-23-5 package.
