Dual-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 70MHz gain bandwidth product and 80MHz unity gain bandwidth. This surface-mount IC offers a 20V/µs slew rate and 50mA output current per channel. Operating from a 1.15V to 6.3V dual supply or 2.3V to 12.6V single supply, it provides 85dB common mode rejection and 78dB power supply rejection. With a 700µV input offset voltage and 400nA input bias current, this RoHS compliant component is supplied in a DFN package.
