Automotive-grade step-down DC-DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 1.21V to 25V and a maximum output current of 0.35A. Features a wide input voltage range of 4V to 60V, a single adjustable output, and operates as a switching regulator. This 10-pin DFN EP package, measuring 3mm x 2mm x 0.75mm with a 0.5mm pitch, is designed for surface mounting and operates from -40°C to 125°C.
