The LT8609AEMSE#PBF is a high efficiency, high speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator. It accepts a wide input voltage range from 3.0V to 42V and can deliver up to 3A of continuous output current. This specific LT8609A version features slower switch edges for optimized low EMI performance. It operates with a very low 1.7µA non-switching quiescent current and utilizes Burst Mode to maintain high efficiency at light loads. The device includes internal compensation, a programmable switching frequency, and spread spectrum frequency modulation to further reduce EMI.
