Operates from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 3V. Integral nonlinearity is 4LSB. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC surface-mount case with dimensions of 5mm (length) x 3.99mm (width) x 1.5mm (height). RoHS compliant and lead-free.
