Precision operational amplifier featuring a 500kHz gain bandwidth product and 0.5µV input offset voltage. This single-channel, chopper-stabilized amplifier offers exceptional 120dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio. Designed for surface mounting in a SOT-23-5 package, it operates from a 1.35V to 5.5V dual supply or 2.7V to 11V single supply. With a low input bias current of 3pA and a slew rate of 0.5V/µs, it is suitable for demanding applications across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
