Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 standards. Features a 20Mbps minimum data rate and operates from a single 3V to 3.6V supply. This surface-mount component is housed in an 8-pin MSOP package with gull-wing leads, measuring 3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm. Designed for multidrop and multipoint data transmission, it offers 3-state driving mode and is suitable for automotive applications within a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range.
