Automotive-grade single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 standards. Features a 20Mbps minimum data rate and operates from a 3V to 3.6V single supply. This 8-pin MSOP package, with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm, is designed for surface mounting with a 0.65mm pin pitch. The device facilitates multidrop and multipoint data transmission with differential signal types for both transmission and reception. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
