Features a maximum switching frequency of 900 kHz and supports output voltages from 0.8V to 24V (60V max) with typical output currents of 25A. Operates with input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 38V. Housed in a 38-pin QFN EP package with a 0.5mm pin pitch, measuring 7mm x 5mm x 0.75mm. Designed for surface mounting with a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
