Surface-mount SSOP N package with 28 gull-wing leads on a 0.64mm pitch, measuring 9.98mm x 3.99mm x 1.5mm. Includes external sense resistor capability with a typical circuit breaker threshold of 50mV. Designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
