Packaged in a 28-pin SSOP N (Shrink Small Outline Package Narrow Body) with gull-wing leads, measuring 9.98mm(Max) x 3.99mm(Max) x 1.5mm(Max), suitable for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
