Quad transmitter bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 standards. Features a 10Mbps maximum data rate and multipoint/multidrop data transmission topology. Operates from a single 5V supply (4.75V to 5.25V) with a maximum supply current of 0.2mA. Housed in a 16-pin PDIP N through-hole package with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Includes two transmitter enables and supports 1 driver per line for RS-422 and 32 drivers per line for RS-485.
