
Dual-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 18MHz gain bandwidth product and 10V/µs slew rate. This CMOS amplifier offers a low input bias current of 0.5pA and an input offset voltage of 40µV. Operating from supply voltages between 1.4V and 5.5V (dual) or 2.8V to 12V (single), it provides 80dB CMRR and PSRR. The device is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, delivered on tape and reel, and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
