Quad-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 720MHz gain bandwidth product and 400MHz -3dB bandwidth. This high-speed amplifier offers a 280V/µs slew rate and 100mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supplies between 1.25V and 2.625V, or single supplies from 2.5V to 5.25V, it boasts a low input bias current of 1.4µA and input offset voltage of 50µV. The device provides excellent signal integrity with 85dB CMRR and 68dB PSRR, housed in a 16-MSOP package.
