
Dual-channel, general-purpose operational amplifier featuring a 6.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 1.8V/µs slew rate. This bipolar IC offers a 4.5MHz -3dB bandwidth, 100µV input offset voltage, and 5nA input bias current. Designed for wide operating temperatures from -40°C to 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.8V to 5.25V with a low 65µA operating supply current. The SOT-23-8 package provides 35mA output current per channel, with excellent 75dB CMRR and 82dB PSRR.
