The MAX77827 is a high-efficiency buck-boost regulator designed for single-cell Li-ion battery-powered applications. The device supports input voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V (with the CEWC variant starting at 2.6V) and provides an adjustable output voltage from 2.3V to 5.3V through a single resistor. It features an industry-leading typical quiescent current of 6μA and up to 96% peak efficiency. The CEWC variant specifically features a 3.1A switching current limit and a 2.6V UVLO rising threshold. It includes GPIO pins for forced PWM mode selection and a power-OK (POK) indicator, alongside protection features like thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection.
