The MAXM15064 is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC module from the Himalaya series. It integrates a controller, MOSFETs, compensation components, and an inductor into a low-profile uSLIC package. The module operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V and delivers up to 300mA of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.9V to 5V. It features peak-current-mode control and supports both PWM and PFM operating modes for high efficiency across light and heavy loads.
