The MAXM15467 is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC power module with an integrated controller, MOSFETs, compensation components, and inductor that operates over a wide input-voltage range. The module operates from a 4.5V to 42V input and delivers up to 300mA output current over a programmable output voltage of 0.9V to 6.3V. It features a peak current-mode control architecture and operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) or pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) modes. The device is designed to simplify power-supply design and reduce manufacturing risks in space-constrained industrial and consumer applications.
