The MAXREFDES103# is a wrist-worn wearable reference design that demonstrates high-sensitivity algorithm processing for health-sensing applications. The platform includes a biometric sensor hub (MAX32664C) with embedded algorithms for heart rate and SpO2 monitoring, which processes signals from the MAX86141 optical analog front-end. The design features a micro board with a MAX32630 microcontroller and MAX20303 power management IC, and a sensor board containing optical components and photodiodes. It allows raw data and algorithm results to be streamed via Bluetooth to an Android application or PC-based GUI for evaluation and development.
