High-performance operational amplifier featuring a low input offset voltage of 200 µV maximum and an 8 MHz bandwidth. This monolithic IC offers a nominal slew rate of 2.8 V/µs and a voltage gain of 800,000 minimum. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C), it operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, up to ±22V limits. The 8-terminal, hermetically sealed ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP8) houses a single, frequency-compensated, voltage-feedback amplifier.
