Input offset voltage is a maximum of 1000 µV, with an average bias current maximum of 0.125 mA. Operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, with limits up to ±18V. This hermetically sealed, 8-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP8) is rated for operation between -25°C and 85°C.
