Quad operational amplifier featuring a 1.9 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.5 V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a minimum voltage gain of 100,000 and a maximum input offset voltage of 6000 µV. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is housed in a 14-terminal hermetically sealed ceramic dual in-line package. The device supports nominal supply voltages of ±15V, with limits up to ±18V.
