Quad operational amplifier IC featuring a 0.5 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.15 V/µs nominal slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 150 µV and a minimum voltage gain of 1,500,000. Designed for military temperature grades, it operates from -55°C to 125°C and supports supply voltages up to ±20V. The 14-terminal dual in-line package provides four independent amplifier functions.
