8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at a maximum clock frequency of 8MHz. This CMOS component offers 65536 words of FLASH program memory and 8192 bytes of RAM. It includes 86 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. The microcontroller is housed in a 100-terminal PQFP package (14x14mm) with a 1mm height and 0.50mm pitch, suitable for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Power is supplied via a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a nominal supply of 3V and a maximum supply current of 14mA. Features include PWM channels and an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC).
