8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at a maximum clock frequency of 16MHz. This CMOS component offers 65536 words of FLASH program memory and 8192 bytes of RAM. It includes 54 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. The device supports PWM channels and has an integrated ADC, operating within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
