8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at a maximum clock frequency of 16MHz. This CMOS component offers 65536 words of FLASH ROM and 4096 bytes of RAM, with 53 programmable I/O lines. It supports an 8-bit external data bus and a 16-bit address bus, includes PWM channels and DAC functionality, and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
