ATMEGA64L-8AC

8-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an AVR RISC CPU operating at a maximum clock frequency of 8MHz. This CMOS device offers 32KB of FLASH program memory and 4KB of RAM. It includes 53 programmable I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 16-bit address bus. The microcontroller is housed in a 64-terminal PQFP package with dimensions of 14x14mm and a 1mm height, suitable for commercial temperature grades from 0°C to 70°C. Integrated peripherals include PWM channels and an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC).
