It supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and operates within an industrial temperature grade from -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 44-terminal MLF (S-XQCC-N44) with a 7x7mm footprint and 0.50mm pitch, it includes PWM channels and an ADC.
