32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a Cortex-M4F CPU operating at up to 120MHz. This FLASH-based integrated circuit offers 262,144 words of ROM and 131,072 bytes of RAM. It includes 79 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 24-bit address bus. The device supports PWM channels, ADC, DAC, and DMA channels, with a supply voltage range of 1.08V to 1.32V. Packaged in a 100-terminal PQFP (S-PQFP-G100) with an industrial temperature grade (-40°C to 85°C).
