It includes 117 I/O lines, an 8-bit external data bus, and a 24-bit address bus. Capabilities extend to PWM channels, ADC, DMA channels, and DAC channels. Packaged in a 144-terminal PQFP with an industrial temperature grade (-40°C to 85°C) and a nominal supply voltage of 1.2V.
