Operates at 650V with a reverse standoff voltage of 20V and a working voltage of 300V. This RoHS compliant component offers a peak pulse current of 600mA and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
