System-On-Chip (SoC) featuring a MIPS32 core operating at a maximum clock rate of 500 MHz. This surface-mount device is housed in a 324-pin BGA package with dimensions of 23 x 23 x 0.87 mm. It supports multiple interfaces including Ethernet, I2S, IrDA, UART, and USB, with 4 UART ports and 2 Ethernet ports. The SoC operates at a typical supply voltage of 1.8 V and offers 32 programmable I/Os.
