Housed in a 40-terminal CDIP package (R-CDIP-T40) with a 0.100-inch pitch, measuring 15.24mm wide and 50.8mm long. Designed for military temperature grade applications, with a minimum operating temperature of -55°C and a maximum of 125°C, and a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). Includes PWM channels and meets MIL-PRF-38535 Class V screening.
