Uni-color blue chip LED emitter, designed for automotive applications. This 2-pin Surface Mount Device (SMD) features an exposed pad and a compact 3.45mm x 3.45mm x 2mm package. Delivering high brightness with a minimum luminous flux of 13.8lm and a wide 125° viewing angle, it supports up to 500mA forward current and a maximum forward voltage of 3.9V. The LED emitter is suitable for top-mount PCB assembly.
