Asynchronous FIFO memory IC with 4.5Kb density, organized as 512 words by 9 bits. Features a 15ns access time and operates at up to 40MHz. This unidirectional FIFO supports retransmit capability and is housed in a 32-TQFP surface mount package. It operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a nominal 5V, and is RoHS compliant.
