The AH1801-SN is a latching hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of 10mT and a typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 10mT. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and can be supplied with a voltage between 2.5V and 5.5V. The sensor is packaged in a 6-pin DFN EP package and is suitable for use in a variety of applications.
