Operates with an input voltage between 2.5V and 6V, and a minimum supply voltage of 1.2V. Maximum switching frequency is 360kHz, with a typical operating supply current of 80µA. Packaged in a PDSO8 (SOP-8) case, suitable for tape and reel packaging.
