Surface mount supervisory circuit IC with a single monitored input and output. Features a 4V reset threshold, with undervoltage detection at 3.92V and overvoltage detection at 4.08V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical supply current of 30uA. Includes active-high reset with a 600ms delay and 100ms timeout. Packaged in TO-236-3 (SC59-3) for tape and reel distribution.
