Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low 30uA supply current. Offers active-low reset with a 600ms delay and 100ms timeout. Packaged in a TO-236-3 (SC59-3) case, measuring 3.1mm x 1.7mm x 1.3mm, with a maximum power dissipation of 320mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
