Fixed positive LDO regulator offering a stable 1.8V output voltage with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V. Features a 0.08A maximum output current and a wide input voltage range from 2V to 6V. This CMOS device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is housed in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package. Achieves excellent line and load regulation with maximum values of 0.016% and 0.04% respectively.
