Features a low dropout voltage of 0.25V (typical) and a maximum of 0.5V, with a wide input voltage range from 2V to 6V. Operates reliably across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Housed in a compact 3-pin SOT-23 package (JEDEC R-PDSO-G3) with a width of 1.6mm and length of 2.92mm. Delivers excellent line and load regulation with maximum values of 0.016% and 0.04% respectively.
